How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal. We charge your card just prior to shipping. The PayPal policy is to charge your account at the time of your order.
What do I do it there is a problem with my order? If you received a wrong item or if there is something missing from your order, please contact us and we will handle the situation.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Our pictures and descriptions are very representitive of our products. If you decide that you want to return something, please email us. Please do this within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will let you know how to proceed. It will be your responsibilty to return the item(s) to us. Upon receipt of the returned order, we will refund the purchase price less the original shipping costs plus 10% restocking fee.
What if an item is damaged?
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If something is damaged, please email us to report the damage withing 72 hours of receipt. We will make arrangements for a pick-up and will replace the damaged item.
How long does it take to receive my order? Because our designs are all handmade, sometimes we do not have everything in stock. We ask that you allow 1 to 3 weeks for shipping.
